Enda Parker

enda-parkerIrish-born, Enda has been serenading the London acoustic scene with gay abandon, regularly appearing across the city. Having just returned from a six week stint in the US, Enda, occasionally bearded and generally bedraggled, shoots from the hip and aims for the heart. His stripped down and achingly honest sound has been wowing audiences on both sides of the Atlantic.

Enda sights Iron and Wine, Justin Vernon and John Grant as primary influences and is regularly compared to Damien Rice and Glen Hansard (it’s most likely the accent). He is currently working on songs for an upcoming studio album, due for release next year.

Jess C

11006467_336847083171550_2348924304355002246_nJess Corrigan is a singer and songwriter from London.  Jess recently travelled to see The Vamps in London, which reinforced to her why she’s working so hard to get on the stage – but we think her music speaks for itself, she’s going to go far.

Little Blue Light

little blue lightHailing from Orpington, Little Blue Light are bringing their raucous sounds to Knockstock 2015. Formed in 2011, this 6-piece play a mix of swing, folk, reggae and ragtime. Songs focus on love, faith and day to day life, played to melodic anthems, energetic compositions and laid back ditties; through which the band have carved out a pretty unique sound.

Having played around the city this year, they have been described as “one of the most entertaining live bands in London at the moment” and are making numerous festival appearances this summer. The band have released their music video, “The Key“, and are looking to release their debut EP by the end of the year.

Milly McCarron

millymccarron16-year-old Milly was first inspired to pick up an electric guitar by Avril Lavigne when she was 6. A few years later she started singing and now mainly plays acoustic and has added ukulele and piano to her set. She covers a variety of songs from Taylor Swift through to Green Day and also writes and performs her own music. Taylor Swift is a major influence and inspiration to her when writing and she has been told her voice and tone have natural country style.

She plays regularly at pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and music venues around Kent and East Sussex.  Music festivals have provided Milly with the experience of playing in front of larger audiences and she has been lucky enough to play on the same bill as Newton Faulkner, Emma Stevens and Grace Savage.
